It
all began by singing in folk clubs, and then being involved
in the theatre and acting on TV and in films. From Alan
Bennett’s plays in the 70s and 80s to Emmerdale
and Coronation Street in the 90s, not to leave out Dinner
Ladies, Victoria Wood’s Christmas Special, pantos
and radio series in the new millennium. In 2003 he did
silly inserts in Mark & Lard’s Radio 1 programme
and he's now released his 13th album.
